Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using M24TV+ (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies contained herein, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

M24TV+ is an AI-powered digital ecosystem and streaming platform operated by M24 Group ("we," "us," or "our"). The Platform provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content including movies, series, cartoons, live courses, educator content, news channels, and other digital media (collectively, "Content"). The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect have been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, performing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, or selling any Content without authorization;
  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features or restrictions on content use;
  • Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Platform;
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its systems;
  • Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing on the rights of others;
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Platform are the property of M24 Group, its licensors, or its partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

6. License Grant and Content Usage Rights

The content of the Partners' live TV channels shall remain the exclusive property of the respective Partners. By utilizing the services of M24 GROUP, M24TV+, and any of their divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated entities, the Partner hereby grants to M24 GROUP, M24TV+, and all affiliated entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, host, store, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content in any media format now known or hereafter developed.

This license shall include, without limitation, the right to utilize the content for the launch, operation, and distribution of television and media services, including but not limited to satellite channels, online platforms, and internal or external M24TV live channels, across all content verticals such as sports (including football), entertainment, music, fashion, beauty and makeup, shopping, news, gaming, and any other present or future categories.

The granted rights shall apply for the duration of the contractual relationship between the Parties and for any archival, promotional, or operational use necessary for the exploitation of M24 GROUP and M24TV+ services.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features or Content on the Platform may require payment or a subscription. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M24 GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which M24 Group is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
